110-300-0165(2)(c) In the room there were cords accessible near the projector screen as well as the mounted projector. 110-300-0165(3)(a) there were two bolts sticking towards outdoor license space near the emergency exit gate. 110-300-0165(3)(e) in the indoor hallway going towards restroom, there was a wood not leveled to the floor that is a tripping hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(f) in the kids area there was a pretend kitchen that could easily be tipped over. 110-300-0165(5)(a) in the room there was 4 outlets that were not tamper resistant as well as two outlets near the stove in the kitchen area, 110-300-0165(5)(b) There were two outlets near kitchen sink that were not both GFCI and tamper resistant.
